The Human Resources Manager will provide HR leadership to a team of three providing Business partnership and generalist support to the New Jersey Manufacturing Operations and Distribution organizations inclusive of employee relations, compensation planning and administration, performance management, change management, and decision support on the human capital dimension of the business.
Qualifications/Work Experience:
·2+ years demonstrated success leading a team of professionals.
·8+ years of HR experience with significant time spent supporting business groups in a generalist capacity; experience supporting a Manufacturing/Distribution organization is a plus.
·Demonstrated ability in complex employee relations/performance management matters.
·Experience in organization design/restructuring, change management, and compensation planning and administration.
·Strong business and analytical ability with a proven ability to build strong relationships, and influence and interact with different groups.
·Superior communications skills and high-energy required.
·Accustomed to working with senior management.
·Results oriented with strong training and facilitation skills.
·Union avoidance experience is a strong plus.
Education:
BS in related field is required. MS/MBA preferred. PHR/SPHR is preferred.
