Position Summary:

The Compensation Analyst is responsible for the timely and accurate administration of the company's compensation programs.

Responsibilities include annual merit process administration, bonus incentive payments, market surveys, benchmarking, job documentation/evaulation and stock option administration.

Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinates activities involving incentive compensation, stock option grants, and salary administration processes.

Merit review processes including salary administration policy compliance and HRIS data accuracy.

Provides guidance regarding compensation policies, incentive plan administration, stock option reporting, salary administration and job documentation requirements.

Conducts industry market pay studies needed to analyze competitive peer group practices.

Develops management reports to analyze national, regional and local market findings.

Conducts research to identify and establish appropriate geographic salary range differentials.

Initiates job evaluation investigative interviews to define position responsibilities and recommend FLSA position classifications.
Conducts additional research as needed to keeps abreast of regulatory matters impacting company pay practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, CCP designation a plus.

3 to 5 years of Compensation analysis experience.

Proven analytical, problem solving and quantitative skills with cost analysis experience, and ability to work with highly confidential information.

Team player with highly effective verbal and written communication skills, and the capability to interact with all levels of management.

Knowledge of compensation procedures and practices, including FLSA, and SEC rules and regulations.

Detail oriented with strong PC skills.

Knowledge of HRIS systems (Lawson and Express Options preferred).
