Description:
Essential Duties:
.Conducts the needs assessment for management training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the Company goals.
.Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessment to determine measures required to enhance job performance.
.Provides expertise in strategy development and execution, planning and facilitation of employee relations efforts.
.Assists in the administration of Q 12 (employee satisfaction) annual survey.
.Design and deliver management and employee development training.
Qualifications/Work Experience:
.3-5 years Corporate experience in a management development, executive development and/ or organizational development capacity.
.Demonstrated experience in adult learning, e-learning, program design and delivery, vendor management, facilitation.
.Skilled at group problem solving conflict mediation and 360 degree feedback methodology.
.Ability to influence business groups toward a recommended solution.
.Excellent verbal and writing skills. Familiar with Gallup tools.
.SHRM certification a plus.
.Skilled at interacting and influencing senior management.
Education:
BA required, Masters preferred in education, or organization development.
