The essential functions of the position include the following: source, screen, interview and make recommendations to hiring managers for all non-exempt positions. Will use the corporate wide recruitment tool to post job openings and effectively source utilizing the web base tool and other innovative internet and networking sources. In addition, the Recruiter will support the Recruitment team as needed.

Qualifications/Work Experience Must have one year or related recruitment experience. In addition, the following is essential: strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experienced in web based recruitment tools and able to successfully manage 20 or more open positions. Some travel will be required.

Education and/or Special Training Bachelors degree essential with a concentration in Human Resources preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft and applicant tracking systems is essential.
