Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION:
Providing superior HR support to the selected client groups inclusive of employee relations,compensation planning and administration, performance management, change management, and decision support on the personnel dimension of the business.
Strong emphasis on developing a strong partnership with businesses to lead initiatives, building outstanding capabilities in staffing, employee engagement, and organization/talent development.
Through this close partnership with both management and employees, this senior generalist will analyze and measure current HR practices and recommend and implement best practices.
The incumbent will manage the succession planning and talent management processes, administer the performance management process, conduct new employee on-boarding, and manage all employee litigation/dispute resolution for their business groups.
This person will partner with the Human Resources Centers of Excellence and Shared Services groups to deliver seamless, outstanding full service delivery to the clients.
Has shared responsibility with clients on building great leadership capabilities and business results.
Travel as required.
