POSITION TITLE: Financial Analyst


OVERVIEW: Our client, Phillips International is a New York City based owner, manager and developer of commercial properties. They are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join their group. This is a newly created position.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyzes financial data and prepares various financial models used to determine economics of potential acquisitions.

• Conducts underwriting of proposed acquisitions to determine pricing and return.

• Facilitate due diligence process and closing process for potential acquisitions.

• Model cash flows in Argus



QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have 3 years of commercial real estate financial analysis experience

• High degree of proficiency with Excel and Argus

• Highly developed written communication skills

• Excellent analytical ability and good business sense

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, determine priorities and move projects forward without direct supervision

• Knowledge of the New York metropolitan area a plus

• Bachelor's degree
