Job Description
Conduct hands on Recruitment for Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Clinical, Regulatory and Quality openings. Develop recruiting sources, i.e., university, agency, search firms, JMO, electronic/web based and others as appropriate for a rapidly growing division of Stryker
Manage the execution of Gallup Assessment Instruments
Develop and manage Diversity Recruiting Initiative
Assure partnership with internal staffing and understanding of succession planning initiatives
Develop partnering relationships with management at all levels including Senior Leadership
Participate in external market compensation analysis
Oversee affirmative action program
Develop and oversee co-op and intern programs
Comfortable working with management at all levels
High level of energy, creativity and independent thinking required
Demonstrated organizational development and communication skills
Involvement in broader human resource generalist activities as appropriate and in partnership with the Senior HR Manager
Qualifications/Work Experience
4-5 Years of Recruitment Experience (Direct/Management)
Proven experience working with a variety of recruiting sources, i.e., university, agency, search firm, JMO, electronic/web based and others as appropriate
Experience with Gallup Assessment Instruments a plus
