Description:

Job Description Develop recruiting sources such as university, agency, search firms, JMO, electronic/web based and others as appropriate for a rapidly growing division of the company.

Assist in Recruitment for Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Clinical, Regulatory and Quality openings.

Assure partnership with internal staffing and succession planning initiatives

Design and develop the co-op and internship programs

Develop and manage Diversity Recruiting initiatives

High level of energy, creativity and independent thinking required

Demonstrated organizational development and communication skills

Involvement in broader human resource generalist activities as appropriate

Qualifications/Work Experience 3-5 Years of Recruitment Experience, preferrably within medical device, life science or pharmaceutical firm.

Proven experience working with a variety of recruiting sources, i.e., own initiative sourcing, university, agency, search firms, JMO, electronic/web based and others as appropriate

Experience with Gallup or other Assessment Instruments a plus
