Description:

Seeking a candidate to fill a senior health and welfare consultant role in our client's San Francisco office. This is an expansion of their staff and the candidate they are looking for would be someone with strong knowledge of health and welfare benefits and would focus on new business generation from prospects and existing clients.

This Principal would manage accounts and would generate new client projects for other staff in the San Francisco office. We have an exceptional consulting staff in San Francisco that can support work that this candidate would generate in the health care, life and disability benefits consulting arena. The compensation would be in the $130-180K base pay range, depending on experience, with a 40% target performance bonus based on revenue and profitability goals.
