JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide administrative support to the VP of HR. Manage projects/programs as assigned. Manage budget. Manage planning and logistical deployment of various organizational development programs and tools.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Answer/screen phone calls

· Organize meetings/telecons/webcasts and meeting logistics; triage information and meeting requests

· Manage travel schedule, calendar and appointments (MS Outlook)

· Plan and manage HR budget, including monthly General Ledger reconciliation

· Plan and manage logistics for Leadership Academies

· Administer Mentor Program

· Compile hrSOAR metrics

· Post Organizational Announcements on intranet

· Perform Gallup talent/developmental profile blends

· Open, organize and handle dispensation of mail; prepare and screen correspondence, reports, email and voicemail

· Provide back-up administrative support to President as required

· Participate on divisional projects as required

· Attend VP HR's bi-weekly direct report meetings

Qualifications/Work Experience
QUALIFICATIONS:

· 7+ years business experience including 3+ years administrative support to a senior executive

· Demonstrated experience with key business software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MSOutlook, Visio, MS Project

· Associates degree or High School diploma with comparable experience

· Organized, adept at juggling multiple priorities, customer service orientation and "executive suite" orientation

· Ability to manage confidential information routinely
